This is the absolute worst flower delivery service EVER. I paid $80 for an expedited delivery before noon today. It is now 6PM and the flowers never arrived. I have called 4 times ansking for ann update. Each time I ann told “Don’t worry, it will be there before 5pm!” Still nothing, and they refuse to refund my money. They offered to “upgrade” my arrangement twice and continue to say they cannot refund my payment. This company is a scam in the clearest way possible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
