Ordered a “Be Happy” mug arrangement with a Premium Upgrade. I also added a Mylar balloon for an additional cost of $6.00. The arrangement was to be delivered to the hospital. It was misplaced and left by someone else’s bed. Then upon finding it it was not as adequately described for a premium arrangement and was missing the balloon.
The arrangement was sparse at best and did not meet the criteria for the premium cost.
