Ordered flowers for my daughter after the birth of her baby. Was guaranteed they’d be there before five that day. They were not. Call back the next morning was told they would be delivered by five that day again, they were not. It was told they’d be delivered Monday. They were originally supposed to be delivered on Friday. Told him it was unacceptable and wanted a full refund which they did. Unfortunately, my daughter did not get her flowers and I am not at all happy.
