Ordered birthday flowers for my mother on Friday to be delivered on Monday (her actual birthday). They never showed. There was no follow up. I asked for a full refund and flowers to still be delivered for the day after her birthday. They would not give full refund with replacement flowers. Why would I want to pay for flowers to be delivered after her birthday when there was plenty of time after ordering to make sure they got there on time. Poor business.
