There's no way in the world I made an order in advance and it still didn't make it. How are you promoting same day service?! How do you ask people what time services are if you're not concerned with standards and timelines?! I didn't get a phone call telling me anything. There was no information under the tracking, and when I sent an email it was confirmed that it was delivered at 2:45 p.m. The funeral service was at noon! Very disappointing and frustrating. This was a homegoing service if a really good friend States away. Never again.
