My mother in law has been in the hospital for a week, leaving tomorrow. We just ordered balloons, nothing complicated!
Promises, Promises, Promises were unfulfilled.
Now we're asking our money back and they want to give us a coupon!!! No,no,no! We demanded 100% back. WE WILL take legal actions asap, if not reimbursed!
They barely speak English, so that exacerbated the frustration.
