They never delivered the flowers at the paid contracted time! This was for a special birthday event and needed to arrive in the morning as person was flying out that evening. Called them multiple times; their driver even had the audacity to falsify a delivery confirmation. Worst service. Order was supposed to be delivered by 12pm. We paid expedited shipping three days before event. Item was delivered after 6:30 pm, when the person was already on the plane. We expected and had sent them an email on day of incident to receive an immediate full refund ($85.00) as this was just poor customer service. They only sent refund for the expedited service fee which is under $6.00. Will never use this company again.
