I ordered the largest flower arrangement of that type and they sent the smallest one. Also I ordered balloons and they never arrived. They did provide a refund but if I hadn't asked my cousin what she received and hadn't seen the flowers, I never would have known that my order was not satisfactory. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.
