Horrible! I ordered a deluxe cornucopia arrangement, $100, for a door prize at my client appreciation party and received a $40 standard floral arrangement - in a small plastic container. Not only that, but I received someone else's order and I had to drive 30 minutes away to swap our arrangements. She was sorely disappointed with her flowers too. I have used this service in the past but never saw the end result. Now I'm embarrassed to think what my clients have received in the past. I will never use them again! Note - my photo makes the flowers look better than they were.
