This was the worst experience ordering flowers on line. I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in the hospital on a Saturday after she gave birth. They said they could deliver in 4 hours first they had to change the arrangement. Then I got notice they couldn't deliver till Monday. I had to call and send them our home address because she wouldn't be at the hospital anymore. Monday came no delivery made my third call and they promised Tuesday delivery. Yet it didn't happen. Made my fourth call this time he tried to say it would be here tomorrow. Then he said we can't deliver to the new address. We can deliver to the first address. OMG just cancel you ruined the moment. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
