Called the customer care number to ask if the flowers I ordered would be there by 1 pm on my daughters BDay and they stated yes I told them how important it was for me due to not being able to be with my daughter on her day but wanted her to know mom and dad loved her very much and unfortunately they lied not once but 4 times offered me discounts which I declined and demanded my full refund back asap let’s see how long that takes DO NOT SHOP here they are terrible and they are inconsiderate of anyones special ocasión !!!!!
