Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!!! I had ordered a bouquet along with balloon and a box of chocolate on 16th Dec and delivered was suppose to be the next day, till date it is not been delivered.
on top of that received email from the customer service that order has been delivered.
messaged and email to customer service asking what is the issue... I get ONE LINER answer... we are investing the matter with the florist the process will take 24 hours ???
