I paid for expedited shipping, they failed to meet the time frame and rescheduled for the following day with the understanding the order was a priority. They failed to deliver by 12pm the second day as well. They did apologize and refunded the expedited fee but that didn't change the fact they are offering a service they are unable to provide.
