I ordered the Thomas Kincade "Oh What Fun" design with arrangement
They sent the wrong Thomas Kincade feature However, the arrangement was as expected, arrived on time and the mistaken Kincade design was still acceptable since it was not a copy of her previous designs. I have been sending these Kincade arrangements for 15 years.
