The only reason I gave one star is so I could review. I would give a negative star if possible. I sent what I thought was a lovely gift to a client and it was dead upon arrival. I am disappointed and will never use FTD or this company again and will never recommend.
How am I suppose to present in a professional manner when you cannot provide quality product or service?
