I placed an order online on 12/23/24 at 7:30am. I paid $4.99 for expedited delivery, $2.99 for same day delivery and $15.99 for delivery. My order total was $96.76. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/23/24 by 12:pm. I received an email at 2:30pm 12/23 which stated,
Unfortunately, our florists in your recipient’s area did not have the item that you requested and has contacted us to see if a substitution of a beautiful florist designed floral arrangement would be acceptable. We will need your permission before we can proceed with the substitution and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us as to how you would like to proceed.

So I called the from you flowers and was greeted by a rude customer service rep. who stated not only was the arrangement I selected not available but that anything I selected in it's place could not be delivered today! She did offer my 30% off if I agreed to delivery on 12/26/24. No other solution was offered. I cancelled my order all together and I will NEVER us this service again!
