I ordered a beautiful Christmas arrangement for family who is across the country from us. Expecting (not the same) but a close enough arrangement I was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. I opted to even upgrade the flowers to a “delux” option When I say what was delivered was not even alike what was on the website is a complete understatement because it didn’t even look like the basic order. The flowers and addings advertised were not even in the arrangement, the pictures showed a pop gold and some color the flowers delivered had no color other than basic white small flowers. For having paid almost $90 for an arrangement was a joke then their try at fixing the problem was to issue a $13 refund because that’ll get anything in their website or fix their mistake
