They gave me a delivery date that they didn’t abide by and changed the date two times, ultimately saying that they would deliver my Christmas flowers one day after Christmas! I read several reviews about how they never deliver by the proposed delivery date and their scamming ways. Ultimately, I demanded a refund and if what I read is true, I’m going to have to fight like hell for my money.
Their customer support must be someplace in India, but they are the worst communicators I’ve ever experienced! Never again!
