For the second time, the arrangement that showed up was no where comparable to the image. When I paid for the premium, I was sent the basic.
Also- delivered notfications are sent when the product has NOT been delivered.
I had to call customer service twice to be told that my order can no longer be delivered because the florist is closed when my order should have been delivered the day before. Customer service does nothing for the customer
