Ordered flowers and they were left on the front porch in single digit weather. Water and flowers frozen, no covering at all. Called customer service and they wanted to refund me 20% which I refused. They were to re-deliver the flowers and never did. Called customer service again, this time they wanted to refund me 50% of the order which I also refused. I demanded a full refund. Let’s see if I get it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
