Ordered Christmas arrangement in plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. Was not delivered and was told that they cold not find a florist to make the arrangement. 2 days after Christmas they said they could deliver and give me 20% off. That takes Balls to do that. No thanks and asked for refund. Still waiting over a week.
