I upgraded my order to a premium bouquet and paid $95. I was sent an arrangement that was even smaller then their standard arrangement. This is the second time this has happened (happened the previous time I ordered a bouquet from them). When I requested that they send the correct bouquet order the same exact thing happened again. Fooled once. Fooled twice. Fooled three times. No full solutions provided. I’m over From You Flowers.
