The birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon and I paid extra. I never got an email confirmation so I had to take time out of my day to call them. They lied over the phone and said they would be there by 3:30 p.m. Flowers arrived at 6:30 p.m. I can't believe someone was still in the office to received them. And the balloon wasn't even full. PATHETIC! What could of been a special all day good feelings wasn't. I won't use this company again.
