I placed an order at 4:30am, so I could be top of the delivery list. I paid all the extra fees to have the flowers delivered before noon. That didn’t happen! I spoke with a representative, she refunded the expedited fee. And I advised her the person was leaving work at 4pm. She assured me that it would be there before then. It did it not arrive. So now I have to wait for them to refund my money back. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a flower delivery.
