Ordered flowers late in the day for same day delivery and was charged extra fee to do so. It was late in the day so I understood it would have to be delivered the next day. The next day came and went. So not only did I pay the fee for same day, they would have been 2 days later than what I wanted. I didn’t trust they would old be delivered before the recipient was discharged from hospital so cancelled the order. Very disappointing.
