This company is absolutely disgraceful. My mom received sympathy flowers that were frozen from the cold weather. They were totally destroyed. When I called the first time I was told to put the dead flowers in water to revive them. The second call I was promised a replacement on 2/4/25 which was never delivered. This company should be out of business.
