Ordered morning of 2-1. Tracking says they were delivered. They were not. Called 2-2 and was told they would be delivered that day. They were not. Called on 2-3 and was told he can see they weren't delivered, but would be delivered that day. Canceled order and did get email saying I would get a full refund, after I told them I already talked to my credit card company and will dispute transaction.
