I ordered flowers from this company on January 31st, first of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered before 12:00 and they were not delivered until after 6:00 pm, secondly they were supposed to have balloons with the order, no balloons were received, thirdly the quality of the red roses were poor, they died within a few days and some of the flowers are still in bud. I contacted personnel and they apologized and credited my account for 12 dollars and change. I will not be ordering any more flowers from this company.
