Ordered flowers for a friend after her mother passed away. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and was much smaller and different than one pictured on website. Some of the flowers were wilted. Embarrassed to know she received such an awful arrangement. Was very expensive. For you Flowers should be ashamed. Called them and they would only issue a partial refund. Bad experience all around. Will not order from them again.
