Ordered flowers for my grandmothers Birthday. Called the company before placing an order to ask if the flowers going to be delivered in a vase. They assured me they are going to be delivered exactly as shown on the website from a local flower shop. I placed my order two days in advance. I was very disappointed when I received a email that UPS is the carrier! It means the flowers are going to be delivered in box ! Been waiting whole day and the flowers are not there yet! Very disappointed and mad that they lied to me just to get the business. Spare yourself frustration and find another more reliable and honest flower service!
