Very disappointed, I had use the service before with no problem, but this time I had a terrible experience. I place the order for this beautiful bouquet with a message for my sister from her son, and got a lousy translation signed at the end from your daughteR. Hand written with terrible spelling. And the flowers not even close to the ones in the picture. I want my money back.
