After being burned by missed deliveries with other companies in the past, I found fromyouflowers.com and gave them a shot. I paid for a specific advertised Mother’s Day arrangement, $15 for delivery fees and $3 for a Friday delivery premium. I received no alert of delivery and inquired on Saturday with customer service. Later that night, I received a email stating it was delivered on Friday. Got a call from the recipient on Sunday that they were delivered late Saturday afternoon but in bad condition. After seeing her photos, could see the wrong product was delivered with half the flowers dead already, and a day late. After contacting customer service, the automatically refunded “30%” which was around $15 (less than the amount paid for the delivery alone). Further requests for a more satisfactory resolution were met with confirmation that the $15 refund had been applied. The worst company I have dealt with and will not see future business from me.
