I have ordered many times from this website and the recipients have been thrilled, sending photos of the lovely arrangements.
I cannot say the same for this current order which I had chosen due to the choice of color and particular flowers in the arrangement.
I received a photo from the recipient when she thanked me for the flowers and my disappointment was immense. There was no similarity between the depicted arrangement and the one received. No future credit can take the place of a missed moment of beauty.
