I ordered a custom NFL buddy and a plaid one - these were gifts for someone special. The address was one digit off - the plaid one was misdelivered and kept by whoever lives there, the $50 NFL Seahawks buddy was returned to sender - back to you guys. Customer support was less than helpful - not even sure how you were able to auth my credit card with the wrong address but after all the back and forth - all I was sent after address collection was the plaid one. I am out $50 even though you guys received that one back at your facility. I have almost 10 of these things - I feel that brand loyalty should mean a little more.
