Frost Buddy has been very fast with shipping. I haven’t had any problems with any products. I did notice that Brock is on top of his game when anyone has a complaint on the VIP FB page. Excellent customer service. I promote my Universal Buddy every time I have it with me. I even gave 3 of them as Christmas gifts. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
