While I love all things Frost Buddy, I was disappointed with my last order. I ordered the yellow lid & straw which was available to order when I did so. I received the yellow lid & no straw. The lid was not packaged as usual & just sent to me. It felt as though someone was hoping I wouldn't say anything about missing the straw. I reached out & was told that I would need to pick a different color. I am fine with a new color, I just didn't love how everything transpired.
