Products are excellent and customer service very helpful. Minus one star for how long it takes for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. Packages arrive very beat up, which isn’t Frost Buddy’s fault. Paying extra for Route is completely pointless when you can track your shipment through usps anyway. Would be helpful if they let customers know on their website if they are choosing a “pre-order” color that could take more than 2 months to arrive. I ordered one as a gift and had to change the color because I couldn’t wait 2 months for it.
