Customer service was very quick to reply when I contacted them about my To-Go Buddy arriving with a broken lid. I was told, "Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen." Very disappointed that I couldn't get a replacement lid. I was offered a partial 25% refund ($9.99) which I accepted because my wife didn't want to risk returning the cup and getting another cup in the same condition weeks later. The partial refund is what raised my review to 3 stars. But I still paid about 30 dollars for a dual-purpose cup that can only be used one way now. The 25% off coupon code for my next purchase was a nice gesture but I will not be using it.
