I have several Frost Buddies: 2 Universals, 2 Big Buddies (recently purchased the insert), and a To Go Buddy. When the silicone ring broke on my To Go Buddy I contacted customer service and within minutes they responded. They were incredibly helpful and within a week I had a replacement To Go Buddy!!! I have introduced my friends to FB and they are now Buddies!!! Best and most efficient product on the market!!
