At first wasn’t super thrilled with the customer service. After reaching out several times and found out my emails were going to spam for some reason. Once corrected, Frost Buddy went out of their way to make sure I was extremely happy. They sent the product I was originally asking about AND another To Go Buddy completely free of charge! Definitely recommend this company and to reach out by phone/Facebook if you haven’t heard anything from their service email. Will purchase again, these cups are legit and amazing!!
