I have a to go buddy that is apparently defective. I’ve read customer service is great and takes care of customers very quickly. I haven’t had the same experience. I’ve been trying for a week now to get ahold of customer service to get a replacement. I finally got an email late Monday night asking for pictures. I sent those in Tuesday at noon and still waiting on a reply. My to go buddy does not hold ice well at all and has started getting condensation on the outside. I will be happy to change my review if I ever get the customer service that everyone talks about being so good and I get a replacement that actually works.
