AWFUL customer service!! I placed 1 order (bought 4 got 1 free) then realized 10 hours later I could've got a free coffee lid with each koozie so I placed the SAME order but got the free lids. I immediately emailed customer service (also left a voicemail but never heard back) to see if I could have my original order canceled. Few days later I received my 2nd order placed (with the free coffee lids) and I was missing a koozie. I still hadn't heard from customer service so assuming my 1st order was canceled? I quickly gave 3 of my 5 koozies ordered to a gal to personalize as this was Tuesday and I needed completed by Sunday (tried on frost buddy website for 4 days to customize and it wouldn't work. Kept spinning and wouldn't add to cart) contacted customer service AGAIN and they tell me my first order has now been shipped? Apparently they didn't read my original issue.... also informed me they wanted a pic of the box I received koozies in. This was 2 days later and it was already in the dumpster 🤷♀️ I'm a week out now from last hearing from the company haven't received ANY refunds nor a replacement for my missing koozie. NEVER AGAIN! it's a shame to because I really enjoy their koozies
