Purchased for my wife for mothers day, she is a barista at Starbucks and brings home a drink everyday after work, it held the starbucks cup firmly but ice was melted in 2 hours..maybe 2.5 max which is very disappointing and the box arrived beat down and rough. For the price and all the social media hype I expected more.
