Their products are fantastic but fulfilling orders in a timely fashion has proven difficult. I order 2 items (buddy of the week) on 4/23/23 for Mother's Day gifts, received one on May 9th after complaining. Contacted them about the other and they made me wait until May 21st to start a replacement order. Had better service at Christmas time.
