I ordered my first Frost Buddy on 4/23/2023 as a Mother’s Day gift (what the item was also promoted as). I write this it is 5/24/2023 and I still have not received my cup nor any shipping notice/confirmation. I had several interactions with the customer service team. While they were polite and responsive, the fact that here it is over 1 month from when placed my order and I still haven’t gotten my cup speaks volumes. Also, I was anticipating to receive the color cup as displayed in the item description (black) but due to a supply chain issue, they couldn’t make the customer happy and give them what they ordered. I had to pick another color, none of which I liked.
