I'm very happy with the product itself, but it took a lot longer to arrive than was estimated during the shipping estimate. The customer service and the product itself was great, just a little disappointed in how long it took. Even though I understand from what customer service told me, there was a large influx in orders, it still shipped after the estimate, and I had purposely ordered 2-3 weeks in advance because it was an anniversary gift for my husband, and it arrived a few days after. Also.. all the marketing emails I received from Frost Buddy was a little excessive side. I couldn't unsubscribe because I was afraid in doing so, I would miss my shipping details. It was frustrating to be getting 2-3 emails/day from Frost Buddy about buying more products when every time I received a new email, I was hoping it was a notice that my order had finally shipped.
