I have used this with my iced medium and large coffees from Dunkin and the coffee stays cold WITH ICE all day long! I put ice water inside with a straw through the top and the ice remained for almost 48 hours. I used it today for the first time with my home-brewed hot coffee and the top is 100% sealed so I don't spill on myself when I am driving or walking. My coffee did not stay hot all day, but it is definitely warmer than room temperature. Just have to remember to open the straw hole to drink from the sipping part. I LOVE my Frost Buddy.
