Terrible! When trying to purchase accessories. Lid and straw. They don't fit. They need more descriptions on their accessories products. Now I have expensive lid, straw and handle that don't fit my products. The actual cups are fantastic. But I'm disappointed and frustrated that the things I bought doesn't fit.
