I bought this as a birthday present and did not arrive on time. My order stated it would ship in 5-8 days but was far from it. I contacted customer service and they stated the item I ordered had to be custom engraved (which was not mentioned when I was ordering). I ordered on May 27th and was not delivered until June 17th. Not sure how how it works as a coozie but very disappointed in the slow shipping and lack of transparency on the site and order confirmation on length of time. Was very disappointed on missing my relatives birthday.
