I have been asked repeatedly to write reviews when my product was supposed to arrive over a month ago. It was supposed to be a birthday present that I had ordered well in advance. Don’t give your customer a date the order will be there if you can’t deliver on time. This company cannot get their ducks in a row to get the product to customers in a timely fashion and that is unacceptable. When I spoke with customer service they expected me to get in touch with the courier in a city 6 hours away from me without providing courier information to me. Absolutely ridiculous.
